New podcast: Teach Teens to Breathe
What do teens really think about breath education? Last night me and Emily, 16, sat down for another podcast conversation. We discussed the impact of breath training on self-awareness, mental fitness, and presence in our everyday lives. Give a listen and share your main takeaways! If you've been through our program you have the tools to make an impact on the lives of teens in your community through breath. Let's make it an inspiring year of education, outreach, and real health education! P.S- Don't forget that our Daily Lesson with Emily begins on Saturday! A 5 minute practical lesson that you can incorporate into your own life, your daily practice, and your community! https://open.spotify.com/episode/0cjQ10GIlgXOUuyA4EDYVf?si=MQLfIDwzSF64ypNY29MSvQ

Will be there!
Coffee time☕️
Team, Every summer kids and families try to escape the insanity of the school year as much as possible. September hits faster than they realize, and they're thrown back into the 200mph frenzy that marks the next 8 months. The best thing you can be doing right now to help your community navigate the upcoming year with clarity? Aside from holding a weekly offering that brings people together to learn about their physiology through experience in person? Be relentless in reaching out to anyone and everyone who works with students and inviting them for a cup of coffee. Human connection, conversation, and face to face interaction is the key to community based change. I've had more coffee meetings than I can possibly count - some led to valuable partnerships and others to good conversations and future connections with community leaders. A simple email saying "Hey, I'm working with an organization called Physiology First. We provide the health education that many of us never had - breath, sleep, exercise, nutrition, and brain health - to schools and families. Wondering if you'd be open to meeting for a cup of coffee and learning more?" is the best 60 second investment of time and energy that you can make in meeting people in person, sharing why you care, and offering tangible solutions to the issues many kids and families will surely face this year. Reach out to anyone who has the ability to make decisions about health and education in your community - I guarantee that before long something powerful will come out of it.

Absolutely agree! I had this on my to do list!
Happy to be here and learn with you all!
Hello! My name is Kaleigh (or Keke) and I live near Sarasota, FL and I have 2 great sons who I began homeschooling a couple years ago. For the last 4 years, I have helped teach people in my community about non pharmaceutical approaches to wellness through nutrition. I’m looking forward to learn more fundamentals to share with my community and especially begin to shift my focus to working with young people and kids.
