Lesson 15, 16, and 17: No Dogma Nutrition Series
Team, Back on track with editing😎🎥🙌 Our No Dogma Nutrition Series is simple - but the implications are profound. Most people have never sat down and had a simple conversation with their teen, students or athletes about what they're eating in the course of a day. A five minute conversation with Emily and a quick look at her metabolic data revealed several smal, practical but critical things that she can do to improve energy level levels, mood sleep, and how she feels on a daily basis. You'll see this detailed in our Putting It All Together video at the end of this series. Most teens will be coming up short on protein, nutrients, and overall calories. Many will be eating more calories in their body needs, without protein or nutrients. When we recognize that food is fuel for our brain it's a no-brainer that brain health for teens and families begins with understanding their physiology first and making sure the most basic needs of the body are met. Enjoy the three part series - get ready for a series of brain science soon🧠🔥

Lesson 14, Women's Health Program, and Y School Workshop
Team, here is a good example of the value of having systems, processes, and routines in place. I got behind on editing the daily lessons that Emily and I were producing right after filming. Her going on holiday for the summer and me heading to London for my birthday threw off the system, and now I’m quite a bit behind. Thankfully, we have fantastic content, passionately executed. Huge kudos to Emily👏 We’ve covered nutrition, brain science, and, most recently, a “putting it all together” video showing the complete Physiology First approach, including Emily’s metabolic data, hormonal data, VO2 max data, longevity testing, and how it all filters through the Physiology First Five app to create a truly personalized approach to health for teens, families, and communities. Here is the latest edited installment, focused on sleep. By the end of this weekend, I’ll have the three nutrition videos, three brain health videos, and the final “putting it all together” video edited and ready to go. All of this can become part of our new 21-Day Challenge this Fall, which Fellowship members can market and use to generate revenue, while also providing the kind of concise, practical health education that many of us never received growing up. So bear with me while I finish these edits. In the meantime, enjoy the new Fellowship resource packages that just went out! Next, we’ll be focusing on @Alessandra Farach presentations and workshops for Y School, as well as the women’s health program that @Cindy T. De Bonis and @Donna Schellenberg specifically requested. Finally, there’s an opportunity to participate in a focused campaign to grow the Fellowship, spearheaded by myself, @Darren Bailey @Sue Murphy @Alex Nicholson and @Joel Thulin . Beginning next week, we’re launching an aggressive 30-day blitz to bring the right practitioners into the Fellowship and grow this movement with people who can truly lead from the front.
Today's Parents Circle, Fellowship meeting and more!
Team, Below you'll find today's Parents Circle vid How to Get Students to LOVE Exercise. Thanks to @Darren Bailey for his cameo appearance😎🤙🏽 I received an early morning voice memo from @Joel Thulin on how he's already created his "One Thing Every Parent Should Know" marketing/education videos for the week🔥 Way to lead the charge, Joel. We are making moves. I'm a bit behind on editing the last 7 videos on the 21 Day Series but Emily CRUSHED them as usual and I'll have them uploaded by the end of the week. Three nutrition videos, three brain health videos, and one "Putting It All Together" video with Emily's Vo2 max, metabolic health, hormonal data, and strength and conditioning metrics showcasing the most comprehensive youth health optimization program in existence in action! Tonight's Fellowship meeting will focus on our Professional Development Program and how to market, pitch, price, deliver, and renew contracts. A practical, business focused session with tons of takeaways that you can implement immediately. See you there Fellowship Team! https://physiologyfirst.substack.com/p/parents-circle-how-to-get-kids-to?r=18xhq3&utm_medium=ios
South Wales?
Do we have any serious team leaders in South Wales? As mentioned in my earlier post, these notes continue to come in. Far too many people have skipped through the program and disappeared without being ready for the wave of interest that parents are taking-and will continue to take/in physiology-based approaches to health and human potential. If we have any active, engaged members in South Wales who are ready to step up and support families, let me know and I’ll get back to this parent. The opportunities are there. We need people who are ready to meet them.

Parents Circle begins today!
We’re going to be using Substack as the platform so we can create a real library and archive of these 20-minute conversations, followed by live Q&A. 12pm UK - Monday thru Friday! Today, we’re kicking off with The Science of Attention🧠🔥 Also...Code of Potential starts this Sunday🧬 If you’ve been involved with Physiology First, I’m going to encourage you to have a little more foresight than most of the industry. Parents around the world are already reaching out for personalized health coaching for their kids, and that demand is only going to grow. We do not yet have the army of trained professionals we hoped to have. Too many people have popped into programs and skipped out with the attention span of a squirrel👀🐿️ If you’re a SERIOUS health practitioner and you want to guide parents and teens in understanding their physiology, which is why I assume many of you came to Physiology First in the first place, learn about genetics. Learn the science of personalization. Learn how individual biology changes the conversation around sleep, nutrition, movement, motivation, attention, and health. You will be heads above the competition, which is currently so far below mediocre that it helps explain why we have a health crisis to begin with. We kick off Sunday. If you’re serious about leveling up, join us so you can learn this material and ultimately learn to coach it. We cannot support the number of parents reaching out alone. That’s one of the reasons we built this program. We need active participants, not spectators. Join the calls. Join Parents Circle. Engage with the community. This is going to be a phenomenal exploration of the latest science and an opportunity to connect with parents around the world who will increasingly look to Physiology First for leadership and guidance as they help their teens thrive in the 21st century. See you there. Substack link🔗 https://substack.com/@physiologyfirst?r=18xhq3&utm_medium=ios&utm_source=stories&shareImageVariant=blur
