Team, here is a good example of the value of having systems, processes, and routines in place. I got behind on editing the daily lessons that Emily and I were producing right after filming. Her going on holiday for the summer and me heading to London for my birthday threw off the system, and now I’m quite a bit behind. Thankfully, we have fantastic content, passionately executed. Huge kudos to Emily👏 We’ve covered nutrition, brain science, and, most recently, a “putting it all together” video showing the complete Physiology First approach, including Emily’s metabolic data, hormonal data, VO2 max data, longevity testing, and how it all filters through the Physiology First Five app to create a truly personalized approach to health for teens, families, and communities. Here is the latest edited installment, focused on sleep. By the end of this weekend, I’ll have the three nutrition videos, three brain health videos, and the final “putting it all together” video edited and ready to go. All of this can become part of our new 21-Day Challenge this Fall, which Fellowship members can market and use to generate revenue, while also providing the kind of concise, practical health education that many of us never received growing up. So bear with me while I finish these edits. In the meantime, enjoy the new Fellowship resource packages that just went out! Next, we’ll be focusing on @Alessandra Farach presentations and workshops for Y School, as well as the women’s health program that @Cindy T. De Bonis and @Donna Schellenberg specifically requested. Finally, there’s an opportunity to participate in a focused campaign to grow the Fellowship, spearheaded by myself, @Darren Bailey @Sue Murphy @Alex Nicholson and @Joel Thulin . Beginning next week, we’re launching an aggressive 30-day blitz to bring the right practitioners into the Fellowship and grow this movement with people who can truly lead from the front.
