Welcome to Physiology First University!
We’re so excited you’re here! This community is built around one simple idea: the better you understand your physiology, the better you can shape your health, performance, and future. To get started, here are three simple steps: 1. Introduce Yourself Create a post and tell us a little about yourself. - Where are you joining us from? - What brought you to Physiology First University? - What’s one health, performance, or wellbeing goal you’re working toward? We genuinely want to get to know you. This community is built on learning together. 2. Complete the Foundations Mini Course Head over to the Foundations Mini Course classroom and work through the introductory lessons on: - Breath - Sleep - Exercise - Nutrition - Brain Health These principles form the foundation for everything else you’ll learn here. 3. Join the Daily Lessons Every day you’ll find a short lesson designed to help you understand your body a little better. Don’t just watch-participate. - Ask questions. - Share what you’re trying. - Tell us what you notice. - Learn from other members. Small actions, repeated consistently, create life changing results. Explore at Your Own Pace You’ll also notice additional classrooms and resources throughout the platform. Some are available as part of our premium membership for members who want to dive deeper into physiology, personalized health, coaching, and implementation. There’s no rush. Start with the Foundations, enjoy the daily lessons, and explore as your curiosity grows. Once again, welcome to Physiology First University. We’re grateful you’re here, and we’re looking forward to learning alongside you! David and The Physiology First Team
Marketing Mastermind: Don't Miss This September
Team, I’m excited to announce that I’m offering a four-week (four-session) Marketing Mastermind exclusively for our Fellowship members. This September may be one of the most important moments in recent history for our ability to impact the health of the next generation. We know young people are facing unprecedented challenges, and schools are overwhelmed. This year, many districts will make decisions that could shape their future for years to come. Many parents will make critical choices regarding coaching, healthcare, and academic enrollment as well. They’ll either partner with local organizations, coaches, and community leaders-or they’ll turn to AI, edtech platforms, and large global companies. Whichever direction they choose, remember: it’s always easier to renew an existing partnership than to replace one. In short, catch this opportunity. Catch this wave, and you may be able to ride it for years to come, creating lasting, generative impact in your community. Miss it, and the opportunity may not come around again. One little reminder 😉: the chances that anyone is doing everything it takes to win professionally from a marketing standpoint are probably close to zero. The chances that others competing for the same opportunities with schools, companies, teams, and families are working relentlessly to improve their marketing? Much higher. We can’t win if we’re not in the game. I’m not set on the timing yet, so I’d love feedback from those who want to participate. Of course, every session will be recorded, all resources will be available afterward, and everything will ultimately be turned into a concise e-book/PDF for Fellowship members. Over the four weeks, you’ll receive an exact roadmap for your next month, the remainder of 2026, and ultimately the next year-building a streamlined, effective, high-converting marketing system for your business. I’m very much looking forward to working with our leaders to take both their businesses and their impact to the next level. Please share your thoughts on the ideal days and times for this four-week program.
Fellowship Resources: Answering Cindy's great questions
Team, @Cindy T. De Bonis asked some great questions and offered excellent suggestions for expanded resources. Let's tackle them! For now, what I'd like to see is: - A way to print the PDFs in the Professional Development Program (maybe I'm missing something, but I can't find any save/print option). You'll find pdf's in the Resources Section of each module in the Professional Development Program. I'm adding half a dozen more (Brain Health, Genetics, Women's Health, Personalized Nutrition, and others this week which you can use in presentations to companies, with clients, and in your faculty presentations for schools. - The 8-min. video you were referring to regarding the core of what "Physiology First" is. See the Health and Performance Platform here on Skool where this video is featured along with a step-by-step breakdown of exactly what to do for your own training as well as your client's. - What you mentioned creating during the call, regarding videos or a framework of many go-tos and ways to run workshops on various topics. You'll find these in the Professional Development Program - but I can always share new ideas as the work at our campus is constantly evolving and the gamification element as well as the curriculum is in a constant state of evolution as the science of the brain and body continues to develop at light speed. - Ideas and structure for kids specifically: how to make it fun, games, ideas, etc. I feel more prepared when it comes to adults, but with kids, I still draw a blank as to how to structure it. (I'm thinking ages 4–12.) Maybe other members here could chime in. You'll find many of these in the Professional Development Program - but some of our constants include bear crawl ball, breakdancing, and - The AI suggestions you mentioned during the call (platforms, scripts, how to set up easy automations, etc.). Set up a custom GPT using your preferred AI system and break it down into job roles for your company. Marketing, accounting, strategy, etc. Feed it your website, social content, goals, challenges, bottlenecks etc. Taking the time to train your AI is essential just like training an employee. Once you've done this, email scripts, platforms (use Replit) and automations (use Score App) take seconds. I once had a member who was very upset that we were teaching her to fish, instead of giving her a fish. She is now spending an insane amount of money on simple, free tasks because she never learned to use basic AI tools. Learn to fish :) It's as easy as setting up key roles in Chat GPT or Claude, talking to Replit the same way you would talk with a web designer, and understanding what you want automated. This requires you to know your own business - something that all of us need to mediate on daily. Once you know what you uniquely offer to the world, what problem it solves and for who, and what your personal goals are for the business the rest takes about an hour on the front end and a couple of minutes each day :)
Thank you all!
Hi all, Quick update from my side — the meeting with the school went really well! I’ll be on-site every Tuesday for the rest of the school year, running the program across all five pillars in blocks throughout the term, combining the Physiology First approach with my own framework. Excited to get started and will keep you posted as things move forward.🔥🔥🔥 Thank you for your support!❤️
Exciting Updates from the Physiology First Fellowship!
Team, We had a truly inspired Physiology First Fellowship meeting last night, as always. The global energy is building, the team is incredible, and everyone is ready to rock and roll! A few exciting updates: We’re officially launching the Physiology First Parents Circle. Beginning next week, we’ll be hosting a live session Monday through Friday at 12:00 p.m. UK time. Each session will feature a short presentation followed by an interactive discussion on the science of health and human potential. Fellowship members who are available will take turns presenting on different topics, inviting parents into the conversation, and helping them become informed, educated advocates for their children’s health. We kick things off next week with our first five topics. Also, congratulations to Joel, who had an outstanding meeting with local school officials today and has secured an opportunity to bring both the Physiology First approach and his incredible performance mindset work into the Swedish school system on a daily basis! An amazing achievement and a testament to his passion, commitment, and hard work - and to what this community is building. Finally, The Code of Potential begins on August 16, with parents already joining us from Singapore, Australia, and around the world. Exciting times! Thank you all for being part of this movement. Onwards. ~ David and Physiology First
