Breathwork Journey
Hi all, I hope everyone is having an inspired week. I am Darren, the owner of Physiology First Riverina over here in Australia. I have been thinking for a while about hosting a Breathwork Journey for our community and never took the dive into posting and asking if anyone would be interested. I thought what better time than now to do so as we begin our new health mentor program and the first week being based all around the breath 🫁 I am planning to host it on zoom at 5pm Australian eastern time this Sunday 19/4/2026 📅 That would be 8am UK time, 3am EST US, 12am PST US. Sorry for the super early kick off for the US people (time zones are our biggest obstacle). I would be happy to try and work out another time to connect if there is enough interest from people from the US. The journey will go for about 1 hour so I’d say allow 1.5hrs. I have a tribal themed breathwork journey that I would like to lead for all who would be interested. A breathwork journey is a guided process designed to help you reconnect with your body, shift your state, and create real internal change. It’s not just about breathing, it’s about using the breath as a tool to access the nervous system, release stored tension, and rewire patterns at a deeper level 🧠 If people would be interested in being part of this please comment on this post and add where you're from - thank you. If anyone wants more information about what is involved please reach out 😀

Sounds wonderful! Haven't done a longer breathwork journey for a while, so would be pleased to join and do so with the community. Would be 9 am for me (Germany) - absolutely doable! Ps. Especially excited for the tribal theme!

@Darren Bailey No problem, family first! Safe travels 🙏
No Live Learning Lab for a bit. New video curriculum instead😎🎥🔥
Team, Excited to announce that me and Coach @Amy Stackhouse are creating a brand new, professionally shot curriculum for both the Barefoot Basics and Breathing Basics Series🎥🔥 We're recording with team member Dan today and next Thursday! We haven't had a turnout for the Live Learning Labs (other than @Paula Langenbuch - bless you, friend!) and thought the time would be better used creating high level videos that others could watch when schedule allowed, rather than zoom recordings😎 We will share the two "How to Host a PF Run Clib" videos shortly in case anyone wants to check them out and learn independently this afternoon! Excited to share the updated curriculum videos with you all once me, Amy, and Dan crank them out today!🙌

Looking forward to the videos! Always nice to have more content about the big Bs (Barefoot Basics and Breathing) 😉
Book Club: Rescheduled 📖💪
Team, I'm going to suggest that we reschedule the book club meeting to a time that more members are able to attend. The discussion on Blueprint by Robert Plomin has powerful implications for our shared knowledge as an organization as it fundamentally challenges the idea that millions of kids are "disordered" simply for being themselves, or for not fitting conveniently into unhealthy environments. Perhaps a once per month large group, or a tab for ongoing discussion if we can't meet face to face would be best? Now that we have more members on the platform and more joining soon we can make the book club a core part of our program and unite the community members globally who don't always get to connect with one another. Let's hold off today and I'll send an email to everyone this weekend with a few proposals for how we can build the Physiology First Book Club into a fun, team building initiative that levels up our knowledge and makes the team stronger through the process💪🔥 Open to any and all ideas in the meantime and will connect via email to put a book club plan together for the Spring and Summer!

Rescheduling makes sense, thank you! I am definitely in favour of a tab in addition to at least one monthly live meeting. 👍
Book Club tonight at 7pm UK 📖🔥
Team, The clocks have changed here in the UK so if you're joining the book club discussion at 7pm just double check that the time is right on your end. Excited to continue diving into Blueprint by Robert Plomin....and to share a cool update about our next initiative to personalize health education and health protocols for families and students with anyone who is on the call. See you soon and looking forward!

No Live Learning Lab Today
Hey guys, unfortunately there will be no live learning lab today with myself and David, so sorry ! This is a great chance, however, to catch up any that you might have missed. Here’s last weeks if you didn’t see it: https://riverside.com/dashboard/studios/david-bidlers-studio/projects/69bbfa628c6a514ba35f3705 Have a lovely day and see you next week 💪🏼❤️ Amy :)
