Today's Parents Circle, Fellowship meeting and more!
Team, Below you'll find today's Parents Circle vid How to Get Students to LOVE Exercise. Thanks to @Darren Bailey for his cameo appearance😎🤙🏽 I received an early morning voice memo from @Joel Thulin on how he's already created his "One Thing Every Parent Should Know" marketing/education videos for the week🔥 Way to lead the charge, Joel. We are making moves. I'm a bit behind on editing the last 7 videos on the 21 Day Series but Emily CRUSHED them as usual and I'll have them uploaded by the end of the week. Three nutrition videos, three brain health videos, and one "Putting It All Together" video with Emily's Vo2 max, metabolic health, hormonal data, and strength and conditioning metrics showcasing the most comprehensive youth health optimization program in existence in action! Tonight's Fellowship meeting will focus on our Professional Development Program and how to market, pitch, price, deliver, and renew contracts. A practical, business focused session with tons of takeaways that you can implement immediately. See you there Fellowship Team! https://physiologyfirst.substack.com/p/parents-circle-how-to-get-kids-to?r=18xhq3&utm_medium=ios

Wow this all sounds awesome 🤩
Parents Circle begins today!
We’re going to be using Substack as the platform so we can create a real library and archive of these 20-minute conversations, followed by live Q&A. 12pm UK - Monday thru Friday! Today, we’re kicking off with The Science of Attention🧠🔥 Also...Code of Potential starts this Sunday🧬 If you’ve been involved with Physiology First, I’m going to encourage you to have a little more foresight than most of the industry. Parents around the world are already reaching out for personalized health coaching for their kids, and that demand is only going to grow. We do not yet have the army of trained professionals we hoped to have. Too many people have popped into programs and skipped out with the attention span of a squirrel👀🐿️ If you’re a SERIOUS health practitioner and you want to guide parents and teens in understanding their physiology, which is why I assume many of you came to Physiology First in the first place, learn about genetics. Learn the science of personalization. Learn how individual biology changes the conversation around sleep, nutrition, movement, motivation, attention, and health. You will be heads above the competition, which is currently so far below mediocre that it helps explain why we have a health crisis to begin with. We kick off Sunday. If you’re serious about leveling up, join us so you can learn this material and ultimately learn to coach it. We cannot support the number of parents reaching out alone. That’s one of the reasons we built this program. We need active participants, not spectators. Join the calls. Join Parents Circle. Engage with the community. This is going to be a phenomenal exploration of the latest science and an opportunity to connect with parents around the world who will increasingly look to Physiology First for leadership and guidance as they help their teens thrive in the 21st century. See you there. Substack link🔗 https://substack.com/@physiologyfirst?r=18xhq3&utm_medium=ios&utm_source=stories&shareImageVariant=blur

Slightly late to the party - it’s been full on this end… so excited for this 👏
Thank you all!
Hi all, Quick update from my side — the meeting with the school went really well! I’ll be on-site every Tuesday for the rest of the school year, running the program across all five pillars in blocks throughout the term, combining the Physiology First approach with my own framework. Excited to get started and will keep you posted as things move forward.🔥🔥🔥 Thank you for your support!❤️

Exciting!! This is brilliant - Sweden can definitely teach the UK a thing or two about collaborations and how useful they are!!
Exciting Updates from the Physiology First Fellowship!
Team, We had a truly inspired Physiology First Fellowship meeting last night, as always. The global energy is building, the team is incredible, and everyone is ready to rock and roll! A few exciting updates: We’re officially launching the Physiology First Parents Circle. Beginning next week, we’ll be hosting a live session Monday through Friday at 12:00 p.m. UK time. Each session will feature a short presentation followed by an interactive discussion on the science of health and human potential. Fellowship members who are available will take turns presenting on different topics, inviting parents into the conversation, and helping them become informed, educated advocates for their children’s health. We kick things off next week with our first five topics. Also, congratulations to Joel, who had an outstanding meeting with local school officials today and has secured an opportunity to bring both the Physiology First approach and his incredible performance mindset work into the Swedish school system on a daily basis! An amazing achievement and a testament to his passion, commitment, and hard work - and to what this community is building. Finally, The Code of Potential begins on August 16, with parents already joining us from Singapore, Australia, and around the world. Exciting times! Thank you all for being part of this movement. Onwards. ~ David and Physiology First

Marketing Mastermind: Don't Miss This September
Team, I’m excited to announce that I’m offering a four-week (four-session) Marketing Mastermind exclusively for our Fellowship members. This September may be one of the most important moments in recent history for our ability to impact the health of the next generation. We know young people are facing unprecedented challenges, and schools are overwhelmed. This year, many districts will make decisions that could shape their future for years to come. Many parents will make critical choices regarding coaching, healthcare, and academic enrollment as well. They’ll either partner with local organizations, coaches, and community leaders-or they’ll turn to AI, edtech platforms, and large global companies. Whichever direction they choose, remember: it’s always easier to renew an existing partnership than to replace one. In short, catch this opportunity. Catch this wave, and you may be able to ride it for years to come, creating lasting, generative impact in your community. Miss it, and the opportunity may not come around again. One little reminder 😉: the chances that anyone is doing everything it takes to win professionally from a marketing standpoint are probably close to zero. The chances that others competing for the same opportunities with schools, companies, teams, and families are working relentlessly to improve their marketing? Much higher. We can’t win if we’re not in the game. I’m not set on the timing yet, so I’d love feedback from those who want to participate. Of course, every session will be recorded, all resources will be available afterward, and everything will ultimately be turned into a concise e-book/PDF for Fellowship members. Over the four weeks, you’ll receive an exact roadmap for your next month, the remainder of 2026, and ultimately the next year-building a streamlined, effective, high-converting marketing system for your business. I’m very much looking forward to working with our leaders to take both their businesses and their impact to the next level. Please share your thoughts on the ideal days and times for this four-week program.
