Merry Late Christmas!

An abbreviated "message of light" from (Taoist) Master Mantak Chia.

...Later, through the Tao, I discovered that the heart of all true traditions is the same.

Christmas is the celebration of Light entering the world. In the Tao, it is the moment when Yang quietly returns within stillness.

Different words - the same truth.

This season invites us to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with our heart. It is a beautiful time to forgive, to let go of old burdens, and to begin again -with more love, peace, and compassion for ourselves and for others.

Remember: When you cultivate peace within yourself, you naturally bring peace to the world.

This is my Christmas wish for you: may your heart feel light, may your body feel warm and alive, and may you rediscover the quiet joy already within you.
