I've been working with a new Sankalpa lately:
“I AM Safe to be me.”
It’s been an evolution — from “I AM Embodied” → “I AM Safe to be seen” → “I AM Safe to be me.”
Each shift came with a deeper layer of self-trust and a reminder that safety is something we practice and can bolster within.
The more I rest into this truth, the more I notice how often we all soften when we feel safe to show up — messy, radiant, in progress, real. That’s what this space is meant to hold: a place where your being is enough.
If you’re new here — welcome home. ✨Take a moment to introduce yourself below! Tell us where you’re tuning in from, and if you feel called, share a Sankalpa, mantra, or intention you’ve been working with lately.
Let’s fill this thread with truth, tenderness, and togetherness — reminders that we are safe, seen, and supported here.
