When thinking of the mental body (manomaya kosha).. it can feel like some days, the mind is a crowded airport. Announcements, arrivals, missed connections.
It helps me to think of 'mental stillness', not as the absence of thought but the space underneath it all.
Like putting on the noise cancelling headphones in the middle of the busy terminal. Instant peace and quiet.
