Yoga Nidra is more than relaxation. It is a precise and compassionate method for restoring the nervous system while awakening subtle awareness.
One way we deepen is through self-guided Nidra. Learning to recognize the Nidra state and gently enter it with intention can transform how you relate to stress, sleep, and even creativity. This is something we explore gradually and in supportive conditions.
