Coffee nidra ☕️ ?
Every once in a while I like to take a nice "coffee nap". For those who haven't heard of such a thing: https://www.sleepfoundation.org/sleep-hygiene/coffee-nap
Anyone tried combining this with a yoga nidra session? I'd be interested to hear your experiences!
