I am a little curious if anyone here is familiar with the concept of body-doubling.
It is commonly attributed with ADHD, as a method of encouraging/motivating someone to get the thing done!
I've been struggling to do my Yoga Nidra sessions. Including just passing out instead of being mindful and setting up the session. For context: I have complex sleep apnea and when I sleep without my mask, it actually does more harm then good and I wake up feeling downtrodden.
Has anyone here ever considered doing body-doubling with a community member to motivate them to do it as well? I'd be interested to hear peoples thoughts.
