Walkies
Been for a nice walk this afternoon i was 1 to 1 last night at work so I only got 1000 steps in so after sleep and stuff i got my trainers on and went walkies loving the smell of cow 💩 on the way my dad always opened the car windows when we were younger and say breath it in clear your lungs now i do the same 🤣
