Sunday ‘rest day’
Morning you beautiful people, today was going to be a rest day, I’m now renaming it RECOVERY day, supplements hit, creatine hit, electrolytes hit……now for the enjoyable bit BIG ASS cup of black caramel coffee.
Stayed at my dad’s last night so started today with a 5 mile walk through town and along the Tyne, (10k steps BOSH) now sat watching the mighty Newcastle destroy 5underland
