School back today so back to the gym this morning after just over a week due to my painful wrist and blisters and just not being in the right mind set but still went out walking. Blisters are covered wrist strapped, leg work only and you know what it feels good to have exercised properly wonder if my legs will wanna work later 😀 20min bike 2 sets on leg press 1 set on adduction 1 set abduction then 30min treadmill walking at different inclines
