I feel so overwhelmed with what I want to achieve (essentially lose weight) I’m currently 257. I play netball at least once a week sometimes 2. Getting around 8000 steps per day. Drinking at least 2 ltrs a day if not more. High protein, low fat, low carb (best diet for adhd brains).
I’m so impatient.
I can 100% improve my food tracking and need to I find it hard because it’s another thing that takes up space in my brain.
