today’s animal is a cow 🐮 apparently I’ve lifted the equivalent of 8 today and got some personal bests 🥇 Managed to get through the programme my PT had set in 40 mins so she added a few extra on at the end. Definitely earned my two days rest this weekend.👍🏻
On the weight loss front, I’m a bit disappointed that I’ve maintained after working so hard on nutrition and exercise this week but I won’t give up as I can see that my body is toning and know the weight loss will come in time.
