monday = push day 💪🏼
carried the energy on from the live event to today’s training session, smashed all my current PBS on my push day, finally got 100kg bench press for 3 reps today, upped weight on all the rest of my push movements to, i can remember 3-4 months ago wishing i could get to my 100kg bench target originally it was by the end of 2026; but already ticked it! so cant wait to see what this year holds for me, goal is to try and cut some body fat whilst building muscle.
