monday = push day 💪🏼
carried the energy on from the live event to today’s training session, smashed all my current PBS on my push day, finally got 100kg bench press for 3 reps today, upped weight on all the rest of my push movements to, i can remember 3-4 months ago wishing i could get to my 100kg bench target originally it was by the end of 2026; but already ticked it! so cant wait to see what this year holds for me, goal is to try and cut some body fat whilst building muscle. WATER ✅ ELECTROLYTES ✅ PROTEIN ✅ HEALTHY FATS ✅ CARBS✅ CREATINE✅ my daily important ticks in my diet , smashing it as a community love seeing peoples personal wins! keep going group and in a few months if jamie does another live event will be amazing tosee the progress ! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Morning all. For the members going to the live event on Saturday, what are your plans in the morning? Would anyone fancy meeting up before hand at all? Not sure on everyone's travel plans, I will be there late Friday night so planning to go for a walk in the morning

the big tesco is a good idea ! just make sure to drive to the gym after leaving tesco tho as i’m sure there’s a 2-3 hour limit at tesco plenty of parking at the lair anyway

first time i’ve stuck to hydration during this plan and already notice the difference in my day and training! been dehydrated most my life i think 🤣(coke zero obsession) proberably don’t help there 🤣
