With the kids being off this week, I didn't want to just grab and go some rubbish from the house or the shops. So I've done a full meal plan for the week and prepped my overnight oats for breakfast. To avoid waste, I tend to use the left overs for lunch and adapt to meet macros.
Kids will have different meals from me, usually they have the same, but I really wanted to have some meals that were more tasty with a little bit of spice in them.
