As many of you know I’ve not been feeling very well this week. I’ve been keeping to my eating plan, going to the gym but struggled to hit my 10k steps everyday. I’ve had some rough nights so not wanted to get up early and out for a walk. I’m ok with this as I know sometimes you have to listen to your body.
I had a plan to start getting out this morning again but oh my days, I felt terrible this morning and ended up going back to bed for a few hours until lunch time (so not like me), but the wheels fell well and truly off tonight and I’ve eaten a whole Easter egg 🤦♀️😢
I feel very sickly and regretful now but even more determined to get myself out of bed early in the morning and back to normal.
