Good times ahead!
Now as we know I love a 'recovery session' as much as the next guy, my gym is in the process of moving to a new site on the canal in Hebden Bridge, they have released a couple of images of the recovery room with its flotation tank, cold plunge and sauna, and also the new physio space for that good old painful sports massage!!!
Cannot wait! told them it needs to be open for end of August as i'll be booking my ass in there post Yorkshire 3 peaks! (failing that i'm having a spa day)
