Today I woke up feeling tired and didn't want to get out of bed. So I faked everything
Pjs = pulled a shirt out of the wardrobe
Didn't want to chit chat or moan = had my headphones on to look busy
Lunchtime stayed at my desk and booked a campsite this wkd to go away in the van
Wanted takeout = made my own kfc
Evening could have quite easily been on the sofa with snacks = ironed instead to stay out of the kitchen cupboards.
Going to do 5 mins of stairs then off to bed.
Tomorrow is a new day and I can wake up feeling proud I didn't undo much of my new great habits. You guys kept me accountable and pulled me along today !!
