Battered like a cheap cod. 😂
And sat waiting for an x-ray on my knee (ultrasound already done.😬) but still smiling from ear to ear and buzzing from today.
Huge thank you to everyone there for just being so incredibly supportive, and most of all to and team for organising such an awesome event!
I would never have believed a weekend that started so horribly could end on such a high, and fuck me dead I did not realise how badly I missed lifting, I'm going really enjoy those DOMS. 💪🏼
