After night shifts training
Always a killer after nights. But I keep pushing. Start the day with 5hrs sleep then start the 4 on 4 off cycle. Seem to have a good system at the moment. Struggled to get the food balance but getting there. Love everyone’s posts. Keeps me even more motivated. Hope you all keep pushing the best you can. Day 3 at the gym completed 💪🏻💪🏻
