Wow guys. I don't know about you, but that was incredible. Not going to lie. Pulled over at M&S for some bits and welled up a little ๐Ÿฅน What an amazing session. Just shows you what you can achieve when you get in the right mindset. That must have been the first time I felt like myself in over a decade and it hit home; how much I have been holding myself back and allowing others to hold me back. Bonkers. How good did it feel to all come together and rally each other on? Wish we could all do that regularly in person. So thankful for this group and meeting all of you ๐Ÿ’œ having you all is just ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿฅฐ Onwards and upwards ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ™Œ Well done everyone - See you at the next one!

@Jude Surr todayโ€™s animal is a cow ๐Ÿฎ apparently Iโ€™ve lifted the equivalent of 8 today and got some personal bests ๐Ÿฅ‡ Managed to get through the programme my PT had set in 40 mins so she added a few extra on at the end. Definitely earned my two days rest this weekend.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป On the weight loss front, Iโ€™m a bit disappointed that Iโ€™ve maintained after working so hard on nutrition and exercise this week but I wonโ€™t give up as I can see that my body is toning and know the weight loss will come in time.

Hour and a half done today my muscles Didn't feel like muscling today maybe because of going yesterday evening but I gave it a good go

After night shifts training
Always a killer after nights. But I keep pushing. Start the day with 5hrs sleep then start the 4 on 4 off cycle. Seem to have a good system at the moment. Struggled to get the food balance but getting there. Love everyoneโ€™s posts. Keeps me even more motivated. Hope you all keep pushing the best you can. Day 3 at the gym completed ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป
