Asked a neighbor to give my daughter a ride to a birthday party so I could go to the gym
Got to meet and on the call today with a few technical shenanigans. Great connecting with you guys!
Moved some stagnant energy from my body at the gym, ended with a sauna. Came home and ended with a brief cold shower (you yahoos are rubbing off. I hated it less today 🤷♀️)
Noticed some judgements I was having when triggered and allowed myself the opportunity for some exploration and forgiveness.
More tears today, for what felt like no reason, I just let myself be with it.
