Recovery Day Wins!
-Managed to get 12k steps in, plus some forced walking down stairs near the CN tower to work out the marathon quads. Ouch -2x1-1 sessions, amazing as always -Planned the week and got the social media commitments done -Found a picture of me and @Mike M being chased by a horse (we beat the horse) Tomorrow: -3x1-1 sessions -2 days of social media -journal about my next big goal Goodnight!

Monday things!
Morning meditation Full body workout Made a connection with a yoga teacher I met at a festival DNNs Pushups and planks Figured out how to use the hedge trimmer and gave the bushes a nice shape. Threw out 10 bags of mulch in the front bed. Turkey lettuce wraps for dinner 🤤

Mulch season is upon us!
Monday wins
I had a nice day today. Up nice and early again. I had my yearly physical and the doctor noticed my blood work my blood sugar was low and I explained it was because I had been fasting and they said oh no that’s not good for you humans shouldn’t fast for anymore than 8-10 hours. Haha yeah okay whatever you say doc 🙄😂 other than that they said im nice and healthy and even complimented me on my recent sobriety/quitting smoking 😇 I had a nice walk, spent some time with my grandparents, saw some folks power washing the cross at the church and went over and had a nice conversation with them and they let me help out with the power washer a bit. Tomorrow I have a counseling session set up with the pastor of said church, which I’m a bit anxious but also excited for. The one last thing on my to do list for today is taking a cold shower which I’m going to do as soon as I get home. And oh jeez I still haven’t started the 28 day challenge! We’ll see, I don’t know if tonight’s the night but I do want to get started with that soon. Anyways hope you all had a great day, goodnight :)

Sounds like an awesome day. From what I've seen, the research seems fairly consistent re: moderate fasting. I wouldn't be worried about it, unless we're talking extended periods that can strain the body in other ways. Like most things, moderation!
