Day 3 🚲
- Sobriety: 3 days clean (again). Mental clarity is returning as physical symptoms begin to fade. - Physical: 6:30 AM wake-up. 34km indoor bike session completed + healthy food. - Home/Family: Kitchen tidied, dishes done and a 30 minutes phone call with my parents. - Business: 4 hours of deep work. Cleared the email backlog, finalized documentation, and configured software to automate/simplify my PC workflows. - Tomorrow’s Focus: Maintain the 6:30 AM rhythm, start the 7-Day C.R.A.V.E. Sobriety Challenge, and hit another 4-hour deep work block.

These are the days you need community most ! The strongest part of my Recovery is reaching out , being vulnerable, and talking to someone when I need it . When I feel like giving up for a quick fix , I check in . First I check in with myself , make sure everything’s okay and in order . HALT is a good one , am I hungry , angry, lonely, or tired ? Usually solves itself after that If not I’ll call someone else who’s in recovery and knows what I’m going through . When I reach for help, it never seeems to fail
Daily discomfort DUO
I had two daily discomforts today 1) Abs ! I never ever work them , always skipped leg and core . I’ve been going heavy on the legs and now it’s time to start doing my core. I’ve put it off long enough and did about 10 minutes at the end of my leg day , simple as that. I’ve always felt awkward doing it cause I left it for so long it’s my weakest point . But I said not today - who cares what the zero people Who are actually paying attention to me Think 😂 Second one was Letting go. Sometimes there’s arguments in a relationship that just aren’t necessary. I’m not always right but I’m not always wrong either and this was one of Those ttimes where I needed to just let it go instead of arguing I’m right . Saved me a headache or three. Wasn’t easy cause when im not in the wrong , or find someone else’s frustration completely unnecessary I’m not one to just let things go or back down but I knew it was the only Option. You can’t argue against non sense and expect to win . Anyways challenge succeeded happy 24

Some things came up with my kids and even though I didn’t NEED to go , I knew it was the right thing to do but I was reluctant at first . Simply because I’m so regimented in my schedule : days . But I needed to recognize my kids are my world , they come first , and life happens and no matter what I’ll ALWAYS make sacrifices and move things around for Them I LOVE them and . They deserve it . 3) GYM! 4) mandarin dinner date with my 2 favourite lady’s 5) Great phone call with Kelly 6) Finished some NA step work Tomorrow -GYM - Hang out with my girls
