I am building out a newsletter and using Linkedin as the primary to grow. I get connection requests but I'm not sure if these people are my ICP ( a lot of them are new grads from college which is not who I am targeting). Should I be accepting these requests or should I only accept (and add) people who I feel are my ICP.

Happy Sunday friends! Do you know who you're creating content for? And I don't mean just "entrepreneurs" or "business owners." I mean the specific person. - Their revenue. - Their pain points. - What keeps them up at night. We've found that the ones that generate actual sales calls are the most CLEAR pieces of content that you create. Most people reverse-engineer from content. They ask "what should I post?" before they know who they're posting for. Hi- newbie here. Excited after seeing @Alex Colhoun share his ecosystem vid. He noted using both the LI newsletter as well as beehiv. Is the content different- are the beehiv newsletters reposted on LI newsletters or is the LI newsletter used for a different purpose? . At first blush it seems like double effort. TIA
