Hey guys, the LinkedIn algorithm and strategy is about to fully change for the start of next year. My goal is to help you prepare for that. I just recorded a 26-minute video that goes through it all. Watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DTPEQ39yGfY And below this post, let me know if you have any questions on the systems I share. Happy Sunday! Alex
I’m rebuilding my business from scratch and here’s what I’m doing now 👇
I’ve been rebuilding my whole LinkedIn system from the ground up these past few days. No fancy tricks. No big plans. Just doing the work every day and sharing the process. Right now, my main focus is simple: 1. Getting very clear on my offer: I stopped guessing and started talking to people again. Real conversations → real feedback → real clarity. 2. Building a warm audience on LinkedIn: Posting daily, improving my hooks, fixing my writing, and showing my work. This part is actually fun when you keep it simple. 3. Using warm outreach the right way: No pitching. I’m reaching out, starting genuine conversations, asking questions, and learning. The goal isn’t to sell everyone. The goal is to understand who really resonates with my system. 4. Turning everything into a repeatable process: Every day I document what’s working, what’s not, and what I’m changing. This is what will become the system I teach later. I’m sharing this here and on LinkedIn because some of you might be in the same stage—trying to restart, trying to get clarity, or trying to build momentum again. If you’re rebuilding anything right now, tell me. What’s the one thing you’re focusing on this week? I’ll reply and help where I can.

SHARE THE DANG CONTENT...
I almost didn't send to my email list this morning. And that decision would have been a mistake. Let me explain. This morning, I sent an email to my list sharing takeaways from an ad scaling presentation I delivered over the weekend. The content covered the fundamentals-keeping ad campaigns simple, focusing on what actually moves the needle. But before I hit send, I hesitated. The voice in my head said: "This is too broad. Not specific enough. People need a step-by-step system, not high-level concepts. This isn't good enough." I almost deleted it. Instead, I sent it anyway. Two hours later, I received this response: "Hey Aaron, I'm launching ads next week. This was exactly what I needed to see right now. Super helpful-thank you." That reply made me realize something important: We're often selfish with our content without realizing it. Here's what I mean: We hold back because we think our insights aren't polished enough, detailed enough, or valuable enough. We tell ourselves we need to go deeper, create something more comprehensive, or wait until we have the "perfect" framework. But while we're busy perfecting our content, there's someone out there who needs to hear exactly what we're holding back. Someone who's: → Three steps behind where we are right now → Struggling with the exact problem we just solved → About to launch something and needs that one perspective to move forward with confidence What feels like "basic" information to you is a breakthrough for someone else. What seems "too high-level" to you is exactly the clarity someone else has been searching for. What you dismiss as "not ready yet" is perfectly timed for someone who needs it today. The marketplace doesn't need more perfection. It needs more consistency. More generosity. More people willing to share what they've learned without overthinking it. So here's my challenge: What's one thing you've learned recently-through experience, failure, or success-that you've been holding back from sharing?
