17 POWER MOVES EVERY LINKEDIN CREATOR NEEDS TO GROW IN 2026
Struggling to stand out on LinkedIn? It’s not about posting more. It’s about posting smarter. Here are 17 mindset shifts that changed my LinkedIn growth game: 1. Consistency is better than perfection. Show up even when it’s messy. Done is better than perfect. 2. Talk like a human, not a corporation. Drop the jargon. Speak like you’re chatting with a friend. 3. Story beats statistics. People remember how you made them feel, not just what you told them. 4. Data is your best friend. Track what works. Focus on what resonates 5. Lead with value. Give before you ask. Insights are more important than introductions. 6. Engage like it’s a conversation. Reply, react, relate. LinkedIn is a network, not a megaphone. 7. Write with purpose. Narrow your focus. Specific advice beats general advice every time. 8. Collaborate to expand. Two audiences are better than one. Grow together. 9. Timing matters. Test, optimize, and repeat. Find your audience’s active hours. 10. Always include a call to action. Tell your audience what to do next. Clarity drives action. 11. Be transparent. Share the struggles along with the wins. Authenticity builds trust. 12. Show your face. People connect with people. Let them see who you are. 13. Repurpose everything. One idea can take five formats. Maximize your reach effortlessly. 14. Create with joy. If it’s not fun, it’s not sustainable. Passion fuels persistence. 15. Stay a student. The platform changes. Keep learning and evolving. 16. Trust the compound effect. Small, consistent actions lead to significant growth over time. 17. Your headline is your hook. You have three seconds. Make them count. LinkedIn isn’t just a platform. It’s a playground for creators who dare to be real, strategic, and consistent. Which of these moves are you applying today? Follow Zubia Hassan for straightforward LinkedIn growth strategies and daily creator insights. Share this to help a creator in your network grow smarter. Save this for your next content sprint.

3 steps to create quote post in Canva
Have you noticed the same pattern in top creators' posts? Jasmin Alić, Ubaid, Nikolett, and many others use it. It's not coincidence. It's strategy. These creators understand something most people miss: → Template-based content structure → Plug-and-play systems that work → Consistency in visual presentation I've been studying their posting patterns for months. The secret isn't just what they say. It's how they present it visually. That's why I created something for you: A ready-to-use Free Canva template based on these winning patterns. ✔ ️ Proven layout structure ✔ ️ Easy-to-edit text sections ✔ ️ Professional visual hierarchy Want access to this template? You keep hearing "engage with the right people."
But are you actually doing it? I heard this advice everywhere. I was struggling badly. I kept posting consistently. And it felt like talking to a wall. No leads coming in. No meaningful comments. That's when everything shifted for me. I stopped chasing random likes. I started attracting my actual audience. And suddenly my DMs made sense. The strategy I'm sharing today changed everything. It's for ghostwriters, coaches, and consultants. In this carousel, I break down how to attract the right audience without being dishonest. Start attracting people who want to pay you. Save this post. Study it. Use it. P.S. Have you tried this approach? Drop your results in the comments.
You keep hearing "engage with the right people."

Tbh.... I find it very hard... I post on linkedin only.. sometime on instagram
Everyone talks about DM as key strategy..
Hey everyone, wondering what's your view on DM people ? I honestly feel it might be intrusive while I hear all times that's the best nurturing tool for leads. I rarely DM and when I do, I likely don't the right way cause most of the times is no answer > no matter if is a gentle intro to my world (offer service brand) or a welcome message. I also never follow up as I think if they wanted to answer they would - no need to push. Any other takes or advice on how to handle this? Giovanna
