Week 2 of the HYROX Station Challenge is now live in the Classroom. Week 1 was about setting the baseline and understanding the demands of the station. Week 2 is about adding exposure and consistency, not chasing results yet. Nothing fancy. Just showing up, repeating quality work and letting adaptation start to happen.
