Week 2 of the HYROX Station Challenge is now live in the Classroom. Week 1 was about setting the baseline and understanding the demands of the station. Week 2 is about adding exposure and consistency, not chasing results yet. Nothing fancy. Just showing up, repeating quality work and letting adaptation start to happen. What to focus on this week... - Follow the sessions as written - Control your pacing - no rushing reps - Stay consistent across all 5 sessions this week - Pay attention to how fatigue shows up, not how “fit” you feel Progress comes from accumulation, not single sessions. 👉 Use this thread for: - Questions about this week’s workouts - Feedback on how the station feels - Anything that’s unclear Look forward to reading your comments this week! This month we’re focusing on one station...because that’s where races are decided. This month our focus is on WallBalls! The goal isn’t to smash yourself...it is to make this station controlled, repeatable and predictable under fatigue. What to do today - Complete today’s baseline session (100 Wallballs for Time) - Be honest with your effort ...this is our starting point - Comment your score below once finished 👉 You’ll find today’s session in the Classroom. There are 5 sessions each week, posted and structured for you. Do the work as written. Control the effort. Let the process do its job.
