New education post uploaded
Hey everyone, I have uploaded the next education post in the classroom. Check it out and let us know if you have any questions below. "How to Recover Your Breathing When Fatigue Starts to Control the Race"

- Thank you, I’ll check it out.
Wednesday Workout 🔥
This is a proper HYROX simulation and a great session you can do to test race pacing, strength under fatigue and station control. The goal is simple: Hold race pace on every run and manage the 115% stations without blowing up. This is not about going out hot…This is about control, pacing and staying consistent when it gets hard. If you’re racing HYROX this year, this is the type of session that will actually move your time. Give this a go this week and comment below with your finish time or just comment DONE when you’ve completed it 👇

Done My run pace was4:49 and it was great for me. 3 months ago in Vancouver (open) my run pace was 5:36. Thank you @Gustavo Vaz Tostes and @Chris Hinshaw
Wednesday Workout 🔥
This one is all about control and consistency. Not how fast you start, but how well you hold on. Stay smooth on the runs. Keep the 10s unbroken. Reset properly in the 2-minute rest. Goal = similar rounds across all 4 AMRAPs. When you finish, comment your rounds for each block 👇 Did you hold pace… or did it fall apart?

It was good. Hardest part for me was the first one (Pushup) ،I was lacking oxygen. But overall, even my running was better than I expected.
