I just wanted to know who of you guys dared to take on the Burpee BJ challenge?
How is it going?
If you haven't started yet, this month IT IS FREE.
DO JOIN and check it out.. I am sure you will benefit tremendously from the pushing and plyometric stimuluses.. not just for the Burpee station, but for everything else you do in fitness.
