🚨Luke Greer - The 8º Fittest HYROX Man on Earth 🚨
🎙️ IT IS WITH GREAT PLEASURE THAT WE WELCOME LUKE GREER TO THE HYBRID RACER FAMILY. Over the past couple of months, Luke Greer and I have been working together behind the scenes, and after an incredible weekend at the HYROX World Championships, it felt like the perfect time to officially introduce him to the Hybrid Racer community. For those who don't know Luke yet, he is now: 🏆 HYROX World Champion (Mixed Doubles 30-34) 🌍 8th Fittest HYROX Man on Earth (Elite 15 Pro Men) 🔥 5th Fittest HYROX Doubles Athlete on Earth (Elite 15 Pro Doubles) What makes this even more impressive is that Luke only started competing in HYROX a little over a year ago, and Stockholm was just his second Elite 15 appearance. In this 40-minute conversation, we dive into: • His journey into HYROX • How he progressed from newcomer to Elite 15 athlete • The lessons learned along the way • How we've been working together over the last two months • What changes we've made to his training • His experience at the World Championships • What the future looks like and the goals we're chasing next season What stood out to me most isn't just Luke's physical ability. Early morning track session as it would be too hot to do later this afternoon. I was nervous about this one, but needed up pushing paces I didn’t think I would hit and really enjoyed this session.
