Hey guys! A quick note for this weeks workout... Endurance is built on controlled intensity and smart strategy. Today’s session is designed to challenge your ability to sustain speed under fatigue while coordinating with a partner. The intervals of running, rowing, skiing, and biking are short, but they add up quickly, especially when combined with functional strength movements like burpee broad jumps, walking lunges, and wall balls. Approach this workout with a focus on pacing the 500m runs and communicating clearly with your partner. The goal isn’t just to survive each station...it’s to manage transitions, split the work intelligently, and stay consistent across all nine rounds. @Keven Connors This one is around the 60 min mark! Thanks for the feedback on putting up some targets...we will post target scores on these skool workouts for sure to give you something to aim for. It would be great to see peoples scores under each weekly workout. Chasing sub 50 on this one means you were moving bro! Super effort! 💪

Hi my name is Kev, Living on the Sunny Coast Australia, been interested in Hyrox ever since I first saw the event, was always a Crossfitter who enjoyed the long ones, preferably with running so when I saw this it was very exciting. Not to say I am a great distance runner though, with my initial background in football my miles have always been on the pitch. so I am very excited to see how much I can progress on this program.
