got up early (ish lol) Monday- Friday, did stretching with Brit, researched core exercises, and got everything ready to start on his goal of improving his core strength!
stayed committed to practicing activities (house chores, daily tasks) using her left side instead of her right in order to grow her confidence for eventually transferring out of her wheelchair from the left!
did "Crip Crunches" everyday and was able to use her core to lift a HEAVY ass bag of dog food off the floor and pour it into a bin without falling over OR making a giant mess!
