"A little update: I’m officially down to 83.8kg from 90kg! Back in December, I was struggling with hormonal issues and a lack of motivation. I had previously lost 20kg through intermittent fasting and achieved a great transformation, but the downside was that I regained the weight just as quickly.
I’ve realized that what worked for you once might not work every time. I tried fasting again, but my weight actually increased instead of dropping. That’s when I decided to change my approach. Since joining this group in December, I’ve focused on increasing my physical activity, controlling my portions, and prioritizing protein. By staying consistent, I’ve finally seen results. I still have a long way to go, but I’m so happy that I’m losing weight while eating well and staying healthy, rather than torturing myself with extreme fasting!"☺️
