Hey, it's me, Ree!
Who are you and what do you do? Hi, I’m Renée. I’m a digital creator and digital marketing educator. I teach beginners, especially moms and grandmothers, how to create and sell simple digital products and use AI tools without feeling overwhelmed. A big part of what I do is simplifying complicated things into step-by-step systems people can actually follow. I’m also learning more about ADHD so I can better support my 7-year-old granddaughter and create content that helps others with ADHD function and succeed in business. ADHD has become my primary niche. Why were you interested in joining the group? I joined because I know ADHD first-hand, I grew up with labels when it wasn't recognized and didn't have a name, you were acting out, or bad. I understand how ADHD actually feels, how it affects daily life, learning, emotions, and focus, and I'm here for my granddaughter, so her mother can mother with patience, instead of frustration. Also, I want to build my business in a way that works with ADHD brains, not against them, and help my audience do the same. What’s your biggest challenge when it comes to ADHD or business right now? Consistency and focus. I have a lot of ideas and vision, but organizing them, finishing one thing at a time, and staying on track is hard. I’m learning how to create simple systems and routines that reduce overwhelm so I can show up consistently in my business and teach others with ADHD how to do the same.

Rise & Shine: A 21-Day Challenge to Unlock Your Potential ☀️🦁
Today is February 1st—the first day of one of the historically most challenging months for me, and for anyone else who suffers from seasonal affective disorder. As my grandma loves to say, "February is the shortest AND longest month of the year." But today is also the full moon in Leo, for all you astrology nerds out there. (Looking at you, @Matthew O'Brien! 😉) And this full moon in Leo is calling you—calling ALL of us—to step into our power and f*cking shine! To honor this full moon in my sun & ascendant signs (yes, I'm a double Leo, and yes, I am proud about it 😂🦁), I am proposing a challenge: 🌅 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲 & 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟭-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 🌅 For the next 21 days, I’m committing to sharing one lesson per day about: - 🧠 Business & entrepreneurship - 🌱 Emotional regulation & nervous system stability - 💰 Abundance, self-trust, and sustainable success - 🧘‍♂️ Becoming a more grounded, embodied human And I’m inviting you to do this with me. 🔥 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 🔥 Keep it simple & real: - Post one lesson per day (or whenever you feel called) - Short is perfect (3–10 sentences is plenty) - No polishing, no perfectionism - Lessons can be from wins, mistakes, patterns, or realizations The goal is to step into your power, shine your light, and OWN who you are. F*ck RSD. F*ck being "too much". F*ck being "broken". This is your time to take up space and show how f*cking powerful you really are! There are no prizes here. No one is tracking or keeping score. Miss a day? Come back. This isn't about perfection. This is about seeing how much JOY and EASE we can bring into our practice. Let's rise together. Let's shine. Are you with me?

Rise & Shine: A 21-Day Challenge to Unlock Your Potential ☀️🦁
Im here to meet more of my kind 🤗
Hello, I am somewhat of a newbie on Skool and probably doing the same every ADHD'er does on Skool... That is, take in massive amounts of information in a short amount of time, mentally keep tabs of the cool stuff, maybe even copy and paste into a notepad I will never look at again, experience a ton of FOMO, join too many communities to keep up with, then eventually realize that I cannot handle this many communities because it's far too much information and I've been taking in way too much information for way too long and I don't know how many days it's been! I also tend to use voice to text cuz I type too slow for my brain, so please ignore the run-on sentences and possible errors! That's a little bit of what's been going on anyway. Can anybody relate?
Im here to meet more of my kind 🤗
Boundaries can be hard with ADHD
People-pleasing + RSD + hyperfocus = boundary disaster. I used to: ❌ Say yes to everything ❌ Work 80-hour weeks ❌ Feel guilty for resting ❌ Burn out spectacularly Now teaching my community: ✅ No is a complete sentence ✅ Rest is productive ✅ Boundaries protect energy What boundary do you need to set?
