Which Title Catches Your Eye?
I am in the process of publishing a book but, In creating this book I have a challenge of creating a clear and aligned title for it... I have narrowed it down a bit but would love your input. Which title carched your attention most? and does it feel clear on purpose? Or do you have a completely different line of feedback?

@Verena Venus actually that helps A LOT! thank you! It makes me know I am overcomplicating it and thus diluting the delivery.
The ADHD Reset
When I was fIrst diagnosed with Adhd, I was heavy into burnout and saw no way forward but I knew one thing: I was desperate for relief and didn't know what to do. So I turned to one more psychiatrist. An emergency care providor at that, and FINALLY SOMEONE SAW WHAT NO ONE ELSE HAD YET! And I finally had an answer of where to dig deep. At 32, I learned I am Autusitic with Combined Type Adhd. I spents hours a day for weeks taking in everything I could. I was familiar with inatentive ADHD in children thanks to my daughter but I had no idea how many different ways there were that ADHD could show up in different people or that there was even a third type...the combined type. I didnt know that Hyperactive ADHD shows up differently in women than it does in men or that most women have the inattentive type and that women with any type struggle for years with improper diagnoses. Cue me giving the middle finger to every mis-informed psych that told me I was bipolar, unreliable, neurotic, had borderline personality disorder, OCD, GAD, SAD, or MDD. The end result of all this research? A huge influx of self worth for 1, but also a field guide for anyone else who may be navigating similar terrain. A field guide to help the ADHD person of any type to process through burnout and start working WITH their brain rather than against it. And now, that field guide is yours.

Live in New Jersey. - Why were you interested in joining this group? 🎯 Seems like the perfect space to be with others who need to focus too. - What's your biggest challenge when it comes to ADHD or business right now? - 🌋 Totally scattered. Where do I start? Everything seems like a priority & so I often will shut down or do what J call “slat-a-nuthin”

Hi, @Kathy Roberts I relate so so heavily to the "where do I start I am so scattered" mindset in this all. When I first found this space, that's EAXCTLY where I was. I struggled to even form a coherent paragraph on paper or outloud. I welcome you to message any of us mods at anytime but I especially think you would benefit from a free clarity call with @Bill Widmer . In those short 15 minutes, this wizard of a brain hacker can help make so much of your scattered and overwhelming feelings make much more sense and give you a clear and mentally safe approach forward 🥰

@Kathy Roberts the first time I talked to him I feel like I face calmed so many times while shutting down my frantic overload and made it all as simple as he did. I also lost count of the amount of times I asked him "how the he'll did you do that?! And why didnt I think on that first before trying to break through walls the hard way???"

"If I was supposed to say more, I forgot already" is such an adhd motto lol Reminds me of the first time a post by @Jorick Sikkes caught my eye in here and he was filming a commercial and "kept getting distracted" then "forgot" his keys in the fridge
