Day 3 - Dusting for Direction
Today was spent cleaning. I realised that the office was an absolute state, and was affecting my productivity and my executive function. 2 hours later, things were in their place, sides were dusted, and all hoovered, so now I can function properly, like the executive I am. ๐Ÿ”ฅโœจ

Day #2 - Pause. Reflect. Redirect
Fortunately today was literally a day of lessons, and ironically learning how to overcome problems. Better decisions donโ€™t come from reacting, they come from creating space, and so pausing, reflecting, and then redirecting with intent, can often help things move in the right direction. ๐Ÿ”€

Thatโ€™s an easy one for me @Sebastian Schroeder ๐Ÿ‘ I realised that my office mess was causing me to be unfocused, so I tidied, hoovered, and reset the space. Felt my mood lifted and much more productive as a result โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ.

Day #1 - The Juice is worth the squeeze.. ๐ŸŠ
I realised straight after committing to this challenge, I was actually going to treat this one differently. Unlike other challenges, showing up every day, reflecting on what I want to get out of it, being honest about any obstacles that arise is the non-negotiable, because I know that the little lessons are the wins along the way, and are worth more to me than anything else, right now.

I have all the reasons why I want to do it, why I'm choosing to do it AND it feels gross in my body. 1. Real = Frustration. Spending ten years trying to rebuild, after an accident changed everything, and realising that no matter how hard you try, you cannot always control the outcomes. 2. Letting go of the control, and throwing the outcomes open to the universe, as until now, I've tried to find reasons for everything, but am only left with more questions. 3. Be more grounded in the outdoors. I feel safe, secure and whole in the outside, so this will be my safe space. ๐Ÿ’š
