I am so happy that you are here, welcome! if you are a parent, teacher or caregiver supporting children with important regulation skills and want to use yoga and mindfulness in a way that is fun and engaging - you are in the right place! Here's exactly what to do now that you're inside: 1. Start by exploring the community 😍 2. Introduce yourself! Let us know a bit about you and who you're supporting with these practices. Feel free to ask any questions too or if you've already tried any of the practices. 3. Dive in to the Classroom and check out the Free resources there. We have lots to get you started - The Family Calm Starter Kit, The 30 Day Calm Explorers Challenge and The 5 must know breathing practices for kids. These are great places to start actually implementing these practices. 4. Check out the Calendar space for any live events that may be coming up! 5. Keep showing up! The more you show up and interact with this space, the more supported you will feel on this journey. Ask questions, share your wins - even something as simple as "We practiced (this breathing practice together) today!", Share moments you feel stuck too - we are here to support each other. Welcome!

Introducing: The Regulation Room! Your midweek reset!
Every Wednesday at 8:30pm. A space to pause. A space to breathe. A space to practice. The Regulation Room is our weekly live gathering inside this community where we explore real-life regulation — not just theory. Each session includes: ✨ A short nervous system teaching ✨ A practical tool you can use for yourself or with your child ✨ Space for questions + real conversation March’s theme is: From Chaos to Calm. We’ll be exploring frustration, overwhelm, snapping, and bedtime battles — and turning them into connection and capacity. This isn’t about becoming perfectly calm. It’s about building a rhythm, expanding what you can hold and learning what to do when big feelings hit. How to Join All upcoming Regulation Room sessions are listed in the community calendar. At 8:30pm on Wednesdays, I’ll go live — and the link will be there as well as a notification on the group. I personally find the Skool app the easiest way to join live, so if you haven’t downloaded it yet, I’d recommend that 💛 This is a space for the parents to learn and chat and even though I will be sharing a practice that you can do together - it is not a family yoga class. If you’re trying so hard to be the calm one and support your child's big emotions... This room is for you.

This is a mantra we practice together on Day 3 of Calm & Connect. Powerful for both children and adults. In this session we also turn this in to an art activity and give more ways to practice. I'll be sharing Calm & Connect on this platform soon but wanted to share this powerful practice with you today 💛
