The Regulation Room is our weekly live gathering inside this community where we explore real-life regulation — not just theory.
Each session includes:

We’ll be exploring frustration, overwhelm, snapping, and bedtime battles — and turning them into connection and capacity.
This isn’t about becoming perfectly calm.
It’s about building a rhythm, expanding what you can hold and learning what to do when big feelings hit.

This is a space for the parents to learn and chat and even though I will be sharing a practice that you can do together - it is not a family yoga class.
