Introducing: The Regulation Room! Your midweek reset!
Every Wednesday at 8:30pm. A space to pause. A space to breathe. A space to practice. The Regulation Room is our weekly live gathering inside this community where we explore real-life regulation — not just theory. Each session includes: ✨ A short nervous system teaching ✨ A practical tool you can use for yourself or with your child ✨ Space for questions + real conversation March’s theme is: From Chaos to Calm. We’ll be exploring frustration, overwhelm, snapping, and bedtime battles — and turning them into connection and capacity. This isn’t about becoming perfectly calm. It’s about building a rhythm, expanding what you can hold and learning what to do when big feelings hit. How to Join All upcoming Regulation Room sessions are listed in the community calendar. At 8:30pm on Wednesdays, I’ll go live — and the link will be there as well as a notification on the group. I personally find the Skool app the easiest way to join live, so if you haven’t downloaded it yet, I’d recommend that 💛 This is a space for the parents to learn and chat and even though I will be sharing a practice that you can do together - it is not a family yoga class. If you’re trying so hard to be the calm one and support your child's big emotions... This room is for you.

This is a mantra we practice together on Day 3 of Calm & Connect. Powerful for both children and adults. In this session we also turn this in to an art activity and give more ways to practice. Hi, my name is Natasha 🥰
I'm a single mum, I have 2 children. I home educate my 12 year old and my 8 year old is still in school. I live in Dublin, Ireland but I'm from Devon in England. I do get very homesick but I've made a lot of good friends here 🥰 I am a family yoga teacher with many other qualifications under my belt because I love to learn haha 💛 Certified trauma informed tapping coach 💛 Rahanni and Reiki energy healing 💛 And lots of trainings deepening my yoga offerings like meditation, Pranayama, yoga nidra, restorative yoga etc. Happy to be here 🥰 Can't wait to connect with you! Please introduce yourself in the group too when you get the chance 💛
