Stamp and Goal
I am at 6 on the continuum. This is where I plan to stay. I did realize in reading over the continuum that I was taking MCT tablets with my morning meds and I will now postpone that and take them with my first meal around 10a. I don’t like to prepare a meal during my “golden hours” so I don’t eat until 10a. I try to finish ideally by 3p but my day usually pushes me until 5. I practice no calorie Mondays every week from my last meal on Sunday to Tuesday at 10a. Black coffee is my friend.
Goal for the challenge
My goal for this challenge is to learn the latest in this fast moving area and apply it to my case. I have my food routine pretty well established and need to incorporate new tools to stress my system. I want to continue to lose weight toward my goal of a BMI of 26. I am in a stall and would like to get going again. After listening to the 9/22 class, I would like to lower my uric acid---a new goal.
Stamp and Goal
I am at Keto Continuum 5 although rather than 16:8 I mostly do 18:6. I also have recently tried a few longer fasts. But taking a good look at the Continuum I see that I have never done KC 6. The Advanced intermittent fasting where you don't put fat in your morning drink. So I guess that is a new goal for me when fasting. My goal is to make longer fasts a regular thing so I think it's time to live in KC 6 and 7 for awhile!
My Goal for this Class
So..My goal is to address my inflammation..swollen ankles..I would like to learn how to read what my body is doing and how it responds to different foods. I don't have the medical problems that a lot of people have. I have visceral belly fat and would like to get rid of it..this would be a great body healing goal. I am on the KC #6..I have my coffee in the morning and then after Dr Boz class, I eat. My coffee is with HWC, MCT oil, butter and salt.
Stamp and Goal
I’m at a solid ketoContinuum 5. I’ve been at this stage for a long time. My body has adjusted to it. I think it’s time for more stressor's. I need to implement more fasting. My body typically doesn’t spit out ketones very easily unless I fast. I believe psychologically I’m afraid of the word “fast”. To me, it means deprivation. I know I’m priming for what’s to come. Have a great day everyone!

I love sharing my faith and story of recovery. How I live: first, I learn it, then I do it, then I teach it! With God all things are possible!
