During chest press, she was repping 33 lb dumbbells. On her second set, I challenged her to try 39 lbs. She hesitated — and I told her, “I’ve seen how strong you are. I believe in you. You can push 39. I’ll spot you.” She trusted me, took the challenge… and CRUSHED 10 reps at 39 lbs. The excitement on her face was everything. I’m so proud of her for believing in herself and trusting me in that moment. This is what community and lifting each other up looks like. 💪🫶 💬 For anyone dealing with back issues: Having a back condition doesn’t mean you can never lift heavy. You absolutely CAN strengthen your back — it just means being intentional, using proper form, progressing smart, and listening to your body cues. I personally love RDLs and refuse to let my back stop me. I continue to build back strength safely without aggravating it — strengthening, not jeopardizing my body. Not chasing perfection — just stacking DATA so next benchmark I level up. Benchmarks aren’t about comparison… they’re about PROGRESS. 🔥
