Originally from Taiwan but currently living in Chiang Mai, Thailand during my ACL recovery. šÆ My main fitness goal right now - Learn how to structure an effective strength training program instead of randomly piecing exercises together. - Learn how to strength train properly so I can keep building muscle and a functional body. - Improve my body composition by building more muscle, reducing body fat, and creating healthier nutrition habits. - Continue progressing through ACL rehab by improving lower-body strength, balance, stability, and confidence with movement. - Return to sports safely with a stronger body than before my injury.
