If fitness was so simple, I think the world would already be a healthier place. Alas, the world chose "chaos" and here we are living in it to "survive" as best we can.
It's been 5 months since the start of my fitness journey here with the BBB community. I've lost a lot of weight, and gained muscle definition. I've signed up at my local gym and committing to 2 sessions per week. Nutrition is great, sleep is even better.
It didn't feel like I did whole lot of work, and as I reflect as I'm writing this, it kinda is crazy a lot. It is a whole series of tiny changes that has compounded into what is now. Now that is a flex to have kept this up for 5 months. Per Coach the even bigger flex is to keep it up perpetually for even more months, even years. Life is chaos. There will be ups and downs. But we learn, and we change, and we adapt, and we get better every day, one day at a time. Take a deep breath, zoom out and see your "bigger picture". You've grown so much, and will continue to grow.
