Tastes changing!
Got home from vacation last night. I went to the store today to prepare for the upcoming week. I went straight for some protein - turkey, eggs, and chicken. I have lots of beef at home in the freezer. Then went for veggies - spinach, butter lettuce, carrots. I have other veggies in the freezer. Fruit - blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, red grapes, and sugarbee apples. No Gayla apples at this store. (Finally tried a Gayla apple that brought me. It was delicious. Need to find some here.). Got some 24 grain bread, cottage cheese, and plain greek yogurt. That was all I wanted and it felt natural and unplanned. I love that my tastes are changing and it is becoming second nature. So grateful for this!
Anyone here strugglingโ€ฆ donโ€™t give up. It will come. More and more consistency pays off. Youโ€™ve got this!
