Today I did it!! 😎😃💪
I did 50 jumps.
It took me two weeks to get over the pain in my left shoulder and be able to swing the rope around.
I started out with slowly walking over the rope, back and forth. Then small jumps.. Did mobility for my shoulders. Noticed the diference and today I actually jumped, 50 TIMES!! So fun and also another reminder of that consistency, stubborness and a small amount of crazyness helps. 🤪
